Terms & Conditions
In an effort to keep our space as clean and enjoyable as possible, please follow these terms and conditions:
Only children 0-7 are allowed in the Open Play playground area.
All children must have a signed waiver by a parent or caregiver. Waivers are good for 1-year.
Adults and children in the Open Play playground area have to wear socks at all times.
No outside food or drink, except for food allergies or a booked Private or Party Room Party. For parties, please email what food, decorations, etc, you plan to bring to the party.
No food or drink in the Open Play playground area.
Potty Training: we know a lot of our families are at this age. While your child is in the Open Play playground area, please ensure children not fully potty trained wear leak-proof accident undergarments.
No yelling at others, bullying, or fighting.
Fever free for 24 hours prior to your visit.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Parties: When your time slot ends, guests are asked to promptly and respectfully leave the party area you reserved.
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Respect each other.
Booking a Party:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due no later than two weeks prior to the party. If Magic Land is supplying decorations or add-ons, theme, and colors for your party, submit your requests to hello@MagicLandHarrison.com no later than two weeks prior to your party. In order to stay on schedule, guests are asked to respectfully and promptly leave our party area when your time slot ends. We will allow for a 15 minute post-party grace period. After the 15 minute grace period, you will be charged $50 for each additional 15-minutes you, or anyone in your party, is in the semi-private area.
Cancellation/Reschedule Parties:
If a party needs to be canceled, you will lose your deposit. If the party needs to be rescheduled, you have 30 days from the party date to reschedule your event at no charge. If you need to reschedule past 30 days from the original party date, there is an additional $100 rescheduling fee on top of your original cost.
Children 8 and over are welcome to our private parties, but we ask ALL children and parents to respect our facility and toys. Children over 8 are not permitted to run around the play floor or hang on our climbing structures. We want to keep this a safe and fun environment for little kids.
